Darwin Olympics: Wannabe Spies Can’t Break Into Spy Shop

Meanwhile in Florida . . .

Some maybe-aspiring spies tried to break into a spy shop in Daytona Beach over the weekend, but it wasn’t going so well.

Two guys tried breaking into the store that sells things like GPS trackers, hidden cameras, audio recorders, etc., but they encountered some issues they hadn’t planned on.

For instance, the two dudes didn’t seem to think a spy shop would have any surveillance cameras — let alone MULTIPLE surveillance cameras. The guys were wearing masks, but that didn’t stop a camera from getting a good look at the license plate of the getaway vehicle.

Plus, the storefront window was made out of a special glass that is strong enough to withstand a hurricane . . . so when the guys tried to break it with a hammer, it didn’t work — not even when they tried hitting it 56 TIMES!

The spy shop turned the info over to authorities, who are working to track down the burglars.
