Darwin Olympics: Thief Can’t Outrun Running Club

Meanwhile in Pennsylvania . . .

This dude named Talib Adams (26) stole someone’s laptop and cell phone and took off running. He just so happened to run past a few members of a RUNNING CLUB!

Samantha Oliver, Natalie Herbert, and Kyle Cassidy are part of a running club who meet for lunch three times a week. At first, the trio were impressed with the dude’s speed, until the owner of the laptop and cell phone came up huffing and puffing and explained the dude was a thief that stole his stuff.

Samantha, Natalie, and Kyle were like OH HECK NO and took off chasing after the dude.

It was like a real life action movie for the group who followed the criminal onto a construction site with machines running, sparks flying, and the thief getting totally gassed and trying to hide in some bushes.

Construction workers called the police who were able to show up and arrest Adams.

The runners admit it probably wasn’t the best idea to chase after him, but it felt like it was “probably the biggest adventure” they’d ever had.
