Darwin Olympics: The Right-Shoe Bandit Has Been Caught

Meanwhile in Virginia . . .

Remember that time we had a Darwin Olympics winner that broke into the same shoe store 3 times back in July, and only stole right shoes?

Well, the crime spree has officially come to a close and dude has been caught, now making him a 2X Darwin Olympics Winner!

ICYMI: A shoe store in Roanoke, VA called Clean Soles got hit up by a thief with a pension for right shoes, but authorities were struggling to track the dude down.

Well, he hit up his favorite shoe store one more time this past Sunday, but this time, police got to the scene of the crime so fast that they caught the right-shoe bandit, 21 year old Manuel Ramirez-Godoy, as he was fleeing the store.

When authorities searched his home, they ALL of the right shoes he’d jacked.

Manuel is facing several charges, including grand larceny along with breaking and entering.

Here’s the thing, though, Manuel may not have been responsible for every right-shoe theft, because someone else was charged previously, but they HAVE to be connected . . .  Right?!
