Neighbors heard someone yelling for help inside a home, and reached out to authorities to investigate.

Upon arrival, a Tuscon fire department realized what they were dealing with . . . an intruder trying to break into the home got stuck . . . in the chimney!

Yeah, dude . . . that only works for Santa Claus.

The intruder, a guy in his 30s, was attempting to break into the house by sliding down the chimney when he got stuck.

Firefighters were able to rescue him with no injuries to report . . . and then police arrested him for trespassing, drug possession, AND and outstanding warrant.
