Darwin Olympics: Man Forgets to Turn Off Stolen Surveillance Camera

Meanwhile in Louisiana . . .

Some guy decided to take advantage of his neighbor’s malfunctioning garage door and stole a bunch of items, including a live streaming surveillance camera.

Franklin Welzbacher (43) of Haughton was busted for the theft of his neighbor’s belongings when he forgot to turn off the surveillance camera.

Footage shows Franklin go over to his neighbor’s garage, pick up some items, then look at the camera and swipe that, too.

In addition to the camera, Franklin was also busted of stealing some workout equipment and boxing gloves from the garage.

The victim shared the still streaming footage with police, and it’s a pretty open and shut case.

Dude was booked on simple burglary charges.
