Darwin Olympics: Luke Sky Walker Busted by the [Police] Force

Meanwhile in Tennessee . . .

21 year old Luke Walker got into some trouble last year for stealing road signs with some buddies; and when authorities caught up with him, they found 46 different signs he’s stolen!

We really didn’t hear much of this story in the news, but since Walker was just recently busted for violating his probation, we are hearing about it now.

Less so because of the probation violation, and more so because authorities released his full name this round . . . Luke Sky Walker. (Go ahead, let that settle in. We’ll wait.)

Not sure who is the real Darwin Olympics Winner in this one . . . Is it Luke Sky Walker for breaking the law and then breaking probation, or is it his parents for naming their kid Luke Sky Walker?

What makes this even better is that the OG Skywalker, Mark Hammill, heard about this and tweeted an epic response:

This year’s song of the summer is a ballad, not a banger. Here’s what that says about us

For the past 14 weeks and counting, the top Billboard spot has been held by a love ballad: Alex Warren's "Ordinary." As Berklee College of Music professor and forensic musicologist Joe Bennett notes, the February release is "a fair bit slower than the mean average for the Hot 100, or for a historical song of the summer."
