Darwin Olympics: Kevin Bacon Hits Police Car While Driving and Watching

Meanwhile in Vermont . . .

Kevin Bacon hit a cop car while distracted driving. Wait — no, not that Kevin Bacon.

A 55 year old guy whose real name is Kevin Bacon from Wells River, Vermont was driving last Thursday afternoon when he totally sideswiped a PARKED POLICE CAR!

What made him hit the squad car? Distracted driving.

Apparently, there was an episode of “Saved by the Bell” he really wanted to watch and just couldn’t wait for his car to be shifted safely into park.

What episode was so important? Well, thanks to the police report, we know that dude was watching the episode “Screech’s Spaghetti Sauce,” where the Bayside High School gang bottle and sell a spaghetti sauce Screech makes in cooking class.

Kevin Bacon was arrested and charged with gross negligent operation of a vehicle, leaving the scene of a crash, and “texting” while driving (we guess “watching TV while driving” isn’t a possible citation, yet).
