Darwin Olympics: Identity Thief Wanted New Teeth

Meanwhile in Florida . . .

A 52 year old man named Timothy Powell was up to no good when he ventured onto the dark web and bought the identity of an 80 year old dementia patient.

With his newly stolen identity, TImothy took about $50,000 out of the guy’s bank account. He only bought two things though . . . two very expensive things: a new set of teeth, and a $10,000 French bulldog puppy. (awwwww a puppy!)

Anyway, the 80 year old’s caretaker noticed money missing from the bank account (umm, yeah, a $50,000 dent would be hard to miss!)

Police traced everything to Timothy, tracked him down, and arrested him on several charges.
