Darwin Olympics: Ice Cream Licker Will Face Charges

Meanwhile in Texas . . .

No doubt you’ve seen that video making its rounds online of the woman licking ice cream at a Lufkin, Texas Walmart before putting it back on the shelf — well, she’s been caught and the charge is serious.

Turns out, some stupid (and disgusting) prank is not no big deal, it’s a FELONY!

Felony tampering is the charge the 17 year old is facing, which can get up to 20 years in prison, but since shes underage she will be facing juvenile charges instead.

Her boyfriend, who took the video, IS over 18 and will likely be facing charges too.

The Walmart did remove all of their Blue Bell Tin Roof ice cream and state they believe the tampered tub was not sold.

GIRL! YOU! NASTY!

Oh, and BTW . . . SOMEONE ELSE DID IT TOO!

A 36 year old copycat in Louisiana posted video of himself licking the top of an ice cream and putting it back . . . but his was more of a stunt, and he did buy the licked ice cream.

However, he was STILL arrested for unlawful posting of criminal activity for notoriety and criminal mischief.

And now we live in a world where some stores are locking up their ice cream freezers and you have to request service to get your frozen treat on.
