Darwin Olympics: Guys Takes a Frog Hostage to Avoid Arrest

Meanwhile in Nebraska…

An unidentified man flipped his car, then fled the scene of the accident when a friend came to pick him up.  The guy DID call 911 to report the accident, but said he wouldn’t talk to the police and would attack them if they tried to find him.

Well the police were like, CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

Cops tracked the dude and his friend down and pulled them over.  That’s when the accident guy jumped out of the car to make a run for it, but then had an even better idea… or so he thought.  Guys grabs a FROG and tried to use it as a hostage.

Police eventually had to taze the guy to get him into custody.  It’s still not clear what all charges he’ll be facing, although we can assume leaving the scene of an accident will be one of them.  Police also believe drugs and/or alcohol contributed to this ordeal.

GOOD NEWS:  The frog is OK.
