Darwin Olympics: Guys Poses as Ex’s Dead Mom

Meanwhile in England…

51 year old Roy Meadwell was set to marry his fiancee Kay Wimbury, until she broke things off in 2016.

Roy kept trying to win her back, so much in fact that Kay had to file a restraining order against him.

It worked for a bit, but then Roy came up with another scheme in a last ditch effort to get his woman back.  He wrote a letter, pretending to be the ghost of her DEAD MOTHER!!

In the letter, Roy (posing as the ghost of Kay’s mom), told Kay she was wrong and needed to get back together with Roy.

Well, Kay saw right through the scheme and went to the police, as this tactic violated the restraining order, earning Roy four months in prison.  The sentence is suspended, as long as Roy doesn’t violate the restraining order again.
