Darwin Olympics: Guy Proposes During Girlfriend’s Court Appearance for Stabbing Him

Meanwhile in Russia . . .

There’s this guy named Shakur and, just last week, his girlfriend appeared in court . . .  for STABBING him . . . 13 times!

Shakur spent 3 weeks in the hospital, but was able to make it to her hearing, where she was facing up to six years behind bars.

Before the judge could sentence her, Shakur stood up and begged the judge to show mercy on the woman . . . and then he PROPOSED to her.  (Because, obviously)

Apparently he’s a glutton for punishment.

Oh, and get this . . . the judge actually postponed the sentencing!

You know what?   ALL THREE — Shakur, his girlfriend and the judge — are today’s winners in the Darwin Olympics.
