Darwin Olympics: Guy Just Released from Jail Tries to Steal Deputy Vehicles

Meanwhile in Florida . . .

Last week, Dennis Libonati (68) was released from police custody after his sentencing a few hours earlier for battery when he was charged and sentenced to 265 days of probation and ordered to attend anger management.

Thing is, dude never made it out of the parking lot.

Dennis found his way into a restricted parking lot at the police station and attempted to enter 26 different vehicles (all were locked) with the intentions of stealing a ride.

After seeing Dennis’s suspicious activity in the restricted lot had police confronting Dennis about what he was up to — to which he confessed to trying to steal a vehicle because he needed a ride.

Dennis had his rear-end turned around real quick and headed right back to jail on 27 counts of auto burglary and a single grand larceny rap . . . and is also facing a probation violation count.
