Darwin Olympics: Guy Jumps Overpass to Avoid DUI Checkpoint . . . He Wasn’t Even Drunk

Meanwhile in China . . .

A guy was driving down a highway in China the other week when he came upon a DUI checkpoint, and TOTALLY FREAKED!

He was worried he’d fail a breathalyzer from a bender he’d gone on the night before, so dude ditched his van on the side of the road and tried to make his getaway by jumping off an overpass.

He ended up breaking his leg, and those police he was trying to avoid were the ones that got him to the hospital.

But wait, there’s more!

HE WASN’T EVEN DRUNK!!

When the hospital tested his blood alcohol level, there was no trace of alcohol in his system. He was stone-cold SOBER!

It’s not clear if he’s facing any charges for fleeing police or not, but it’s not like they can charge him for being sober without common sense.
