Some dude got drunk and totally Hulked out on some people, swinging a hammer at them all Thor-style, while wearing a Captain America shirt.

The inner Marvel nerd in all of us is cheesing so hard at the serious Avengers angle of this story even though it’s totally not cool and people did actually get hurt.

The two people that were hit with John Tuggle’s (36) hammer were guests in his home at the time of the incident and are expected to be OK with non-life threatening injuries.

John was arrested on two felony counts of aggravated wounding and has been ban from enjoying any more Avengers and MCU films or entertainment because it’s not cool to attack people with a hammer.
