Some total yo-yo brought a small cement mixer through a car wash to clean it and POURED the wet concrete down the drain!!  (face palm)

The concrete HARDENED — as wet concrete is known to do.

The owner is suing the tweedle dumb dude and says this idiocy may put him out of business.
