Darwin Olympics: Guy Calls in a Bomb Threat for a Date

Meanwhile in Serbia . . .

Maybe a stunt like this would work in a Rom-Com, but not IRL, buddy!

A 65 year old in Belgrade, Serbia met a couple of Lufthansa flight attendants and one really caught his eye.

Dude asked the woman on a date, but she turned him down.

So, guy called in a BOMB THREAT on her flight from Belgrade to Frankfurt, Germany.

EVERYONE was evacuated and had to deplane while the bomb squad investigated what was eventually determined to be a hoax.

What exactly was the plan here?

Well, dude thought if he called in the threat then his lady-love-interest would have to stick around for a little longer, giving him more time to woo her.

Spoiler alert . . . it didn’t work.

Guy is now facing several charges.
