Darwin Olympics: Guy Asks Cop for Screwdriver to Help Start Stolen Scooter

Meanwhile in Florida . . .

Raymond Millwater (30) was walking along the side of the road around 5:30 AM the other week, pushing a Honda scooter when a police officer approached him.

When asked why he was pushing the scooter, Raymond informed the officer that it was his buddy Chad’s scooter he’d borrowed, but didn’t have the key for it.

Raymond, then, asked the officer if he had a screwdriver to get it started so he wouldn’t have to keep pushing it (you know, since he didn’t have the key to his “friend Chad’s borrowed” scooter . . .).

The officer did NOT lend Raymond a screwdriver, but did offer some pretty silver handcuffs on loan while he hauled the guy off to jail after learning the scooter’s owner was not named “Chad” and had not loaned his scooter to anyone.
