Darwin Olympics: Dude’s Really Bad Disguise Isn’t Enough to Full Police

Meanwhile in England . . .

A crook tried to escape authorities by disguising himself with an appearance change.

A very, very minor appearance change — DUDE DONNED SOME GLASSES!!

*Ummm . . . that only works in the movies, good sir.*

David Springthorpe (30) had breached a court order and was busted on multiple shoplifting offenses, so police were on the hunt for him.

They didn’t have to hunt too hard because the barely disguised David was still easily identified by his massively distinguishable neck tattoo . . . and another noticeable facial feature he was born with, but we’re not rude enough to pick on him for (ahem . . . big ears).

David was nabbed after a short pursuit on foot in the South Normanton neighborhood of Derbyshire, and is looking at multiple charges with a sentence of 30 weeks in jail.

The police did two different mugshots, one of David as his usual self, and one in disguise by having him sport the black rimmed glasses.

You have GOT to see it HERE!

As the authorities posted online, “Springthorpe has recently changed his image by sporting a pair of glasses . . . fortunately, this was not quite cunning enough to outsmart the team.”
