Darwin Olympics: Dude Forgets How Air Works While Hiding From Police

Meanwhile in Florida . . .

A guy learned how air works — the hard way.

Police showed up at a solar power plant with a warrant to arrest Daniel Booth (36) for selling meth during the guy’s work shift . . . obviously knowing he’d be there.

Well, Danny boy made a run for it, but thinking he’d be better off hiding, dude jumped into a pond and went under.

It didn’t take long for police to spot Daniel, though — as dude eventually had to come up for air!

The whole needing-to-breathe thing really put a damper on Daniel’s hiding efforts, and he was promptly arrested.

Anyone who has ever watched a movie with a scene of someone hiding from someone else in water knows you need a reed in your mouth to act as a snorkel so you can, you know . . . breathe. It’s like Hiding in Water 101!

Here he is being taken into custody . . .
