Darwin Olympics: Dude Calls 911 to Brag About Getting Away, They Use His Phone Number to Find Him

Meanwhile in Florida . . .

19 year old Nicholas Jones learned the hard way that being humble is a much better way to live.

The teen was pulled over for a broken tail light in St. Augustine, but before the officer could get up to Nicholas’s driver’s side window, Nicholas took off.

For whatever reason, Nicholas decided to call 911 and brag about getting away.

Dude even identified himself as the guy that ran from the cops and couldn’t believe they hadn’t found him yet, stating, “What do we pay you guys for?”

Turns out, the officer that pulled Nicholas over hadn’t even gotten his license plate down before the teen took off, but thanks to that boastful 911 call, authorities were able to track him down using his phone number, and arrested him the next day.

Nicholas is now facing charges on reckless driving, fleeing a law enforcement officer, and misuse of 911. Oh, and they found drugs in his car, so we can add that to the rap sheet, as well.
