Darwin Olympics: Dude Asks Police to Jump His Stolen Ride

Meanwhile in South Carolina . . .

Two police officers were checking out a drug complaint when, nearby, 32 year old Justin Comer was having some car trouble.

When Justin came across the officers, he let them know his car had died and asked if they could help him jump it.

Upon getting closer to the vehicle, the authorities noticed the ignition key was broken, so they decided to run his plates real quick.

Sure enough, that dead car Justin was driving was STOLEN!

The 32 year old was promptly arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle — but wait, the story gets way better . . .

A nosy neighbor wandered up to see what was going on, and identified himself as Michael Lewis. Police recognized him for having an outstanding warrant for shoplifting . . . and he was promptly arrested, too.

Talk about a 2-for-one deal.
