Meanwhile in Maryland . . .

A guy tried to break into a restaurant by throwing a brick through a front-facing window.  Little did he know, it was BULLETPROOF GLASS and the brick bounced right back, in his face!

Dude went down hard, though he did manage to pick himself up after a few minutes and make his getaway, with nothing but a concussion.

Police released the video of the whole thing in an effort to track him down.
