Darwin Olympics: ‘Ben Dover’ Been Busted

Meanwhile in Florida . . .

One guy decided to channel his inner Bart Simpson and used a joke that’s older than he is!

An unnamed 22 year old was hanging out in a closed park the other night when an officer tried to kick him out.  Dude didn’t want to go, so the officer started to write a citation for trespassing.

When the officer asked for his name, the dude actually said, “Ben Dover,” then gave the officer a thumbs up with the wrong finger (know what we mean) and took off running.

Dude didn’t get too far before the officer caught him and was able to arrest the 22 year old with the real name of Andrew Leighton.  Now Andrew can look forward to his additional charges of giving a fake name and resisting arrest.  He really should have just went with the original citation and gave his real name.
