Darwin Olympics: Argument Ends in Felony Grand Theft Arrest

Meanwhile in Florida . . .

A couple from New York were on vacation in Clearwater, Florida last week when things went south real quick.

Serina Wolfe (24) and her boyfriend Michael Crane were out at dinner when they got into an argument so heated, that Michael actually left the restaurant.

He did leave his credit card with Serina to pay the bill . . . and pay the bill she did, which included a $5,000 tip to the server.

BTW, the bill was only $55.37 — so that’s about a 9,000% tip!

When Michael saw the charge on his card, Serina denied being the culprit, so he called the police to report credit card fraud.

Once authorities got involved, Serina owned up to her revenge tactic of the hefty tip and was arrested for felony grand theft.

No word if the couple are still listing their relationship status as “it’s complicated” or not.

As for the money . . . it’s unclear who’s going to cover it, but the restaurant did say they’ve already cashed out the $5,000 to the server.

If you were the server, would you give the money back? Tell us on Facebook.

Fletch doesn’t know what he would do in this situation, while Jai says she’d keep the money under the thought process that “it sounds like a you problem more than a me problem . . .”
