You take a banana and cut it up.  Spray your skillet.  Put the bananas in over medium heat. Sprinkle Cinnamon on them(as much as you want) Then I add a tbsp of sugar free maple syrup.  You can also add honey if you want.  Let it caramelize and top with low fat ice cream or fat free whipped cream!  It’s like a cheap version of Banana’s foster!
