I had to put my scales in the corner until they think about what they have done! lol I do think Ross and Rachel were on a break and I’m on a break from dieting. Every day for at least 4 weeks I’ve tried to be perfect on my diet and then I eat everything in my kitchen. I then fall off the next day and do the same! Now I’m trying to eat healthier and more balanced still following the principles of Weight Watchers.
Do you have to do the same thing???
