1.) Keep your alarm clock across the room so you have to get up to turn it off and you’re out of bed to get ready! I do this!
2.)When cooking, clean as you go! I try to do this, lol
3.) Start you day with a full glass of water. I drink a 16 oz bottle of water!
4.) Make a I’m gonna put it away not just sit down. I’ve started to do this lately.
5. get your lunch and clothes ready for the next day. I do this!
6. When working from home do little chores on breaks.
7.Put a notepad on your fridge as reminders for what you need at the grocery.
