Would You Go To The Movies If It Only Cost $5?

AMC Theaters across the country including AMC CLASSIC Governor’s Square 10 in Clarksville are doing $5 movies every Tuesday through the end of October.

The only catch is, you have to download the AMC Stubs app which is free to download and join.  Once you download it, that is the only place you can see the times and price at a discounted rate.  But wait there’s more, AMC is also doing a deal with a drink and popcorn.  You can get a “Cameo-size” popcorn and a soft drink for $5, according to KRQE.

The average cost of a movie theater ticket is $12.10, so $5 seems like a pretty good deal to me.  The last time I went to the theater was about 4 years ago, it would be nice to go again, the new Elvis movie looks pretty good.  Maybe I will ask my wife to go on a Tuesday date to the movies.
