Women Feel Confident an Average of 192 Days a Year

The average woman feels confident about 192 days a year, according to a new survey. That’s just over half of the year, or broken down into about 16 days a month.

(Sorry, Gentlemen, this particular survey didn’t ask how often you’re feeling confident.)

That’s great that women are feeling more confident than not, but how to we go from confidence just over half the year to feeling confident the majority of the year?

Here are the top signs that a woman is feeling good about herself:

  1. Not worrying about what other people think.
  2. Dressing just for yourself.
  3. Not worrying about whether you’re “cool” or not.
  4. Not trying to fit in.
  5. Enjoying being independent.
  6. Being open about your interests.
  7. Not being embarrassed about your music taste.
  8. Knowing how to take a compliment.
  9. Looking in the mirror and smiling.
  10. Being able to stand up to an opinion that’s not popular.
