Why You Should Use This!!

With modern technology has come a few things slowly disappearing from our lives.  Like a standard radio in the house, now more and more of us have “Alexa” listening to us all the time ready for our commands.  Entertainment centers, they use to be the centerpiece in any living room now it’s a TV on a wall with a sound bar mounted under it.  Well, another thing that most of us don’t use any longer is the standard alarm clock.  I mean why should we?  We have an alarm on our phones.  Well I read this and it made so much sense.  Get out of that cell phone bubble and do you and your mental health a favor, go and invest in a regular ol alarm clock.  Doesn’t have to be fancy, just reliable.  Your mental health will thank you.
