What’s Happening This Weekend: October 25 – 27

Here are some of the happenings for THIS WEEKEND in the are . . .

“Creatures of the Night” After Dark Hike – Happening SATURDAY (10/26) from 7 PM – 9 PM in Henderson, KY at the John James Audubon State Park. If you get down with the Spooky Season, yet aren’t exactly a fan of things that go bump in the night, then you should check out this “scare-free event” where you’ll learn about fascinatingly creepy creatures that really shine at night. It’s a 2.1 mile hike, so keep that in mind as you’re picking your #OOTD — err . . . Night — because there will be hills, and there will be a staircase. Cost is $2 at the gate, but please keep in mind this may be cancelled if it’s raining. Halloween Bash – Also happening at the John James Audubon State Park — but, much earlier — is the Halloween Bash on SATURDAY (10/26) from 10:30 AM – Noon. This family fun event where you can dress up the 3-8 year old in your life in their best Halloween costumes and hit up the Audubon Museum for a fun filled morning. Pr-registration is required. Halloween Campout – That’s right . . . it’s happening again THIS WEEKEND! Hit up Mammoth Cave, KY for their Halloween Campout, going on at Nolin Lake State Park, for a spooky weekend. They’ll have costume contests for all ages, a campsite decorating contest, trick-or-treating and so much more. Learn more HERE. 

A “Stranger Things” Beercade – Headquarters Beercade is an adults-only arcade with classic pinball and arcade games located in downtown Nashville, and for the month of October they are taking on a “Stranger Things” theme, totally transporting you to Hawkins, IN, circa 1980s. Zombie Hunter Paintball – Go get your Zombie hunting on and live that “Zombieland” life. It’s going on for the rest of October at Clarksville Zombie Hunters. Check them out HERE.

Trigg Terror – You can get your Halloween haunt on with Trigg Terror, open every Friday & Saturday in October, 7 PM – Midnight in Cadiz. Admission is $20 (Cash Only) . . . and Halloween Weekend, they’re open Thurs-Sat 7 PM – Midnight. Get more info on their Facebook Page.

DATE/LOCATION CHANGED – Saturday, November 2 @ Liberty Park (Wilma Rudolph Event Center) Clarksville Vintage Fair – If you’re wanting some Fall Fun sans the spook, you won’t want to miss the Clarksville Vintage Fair, going on at Beachaven Winery, SATURDAY (10/26) from 11 AM – 5 PM Liberty Park, SATURDAY (11/2) 11 AM – 5 PM. You can shop from artisans while you listen to live music in a chill environment. You’ll find everything from antiques, furniture, handmade goods and more. Get some good local food and for adults 21+ there will be wine tastings! Cost is $3 for adults, two adults for $5, and ages 16 and under get in free. Check out more information HERE.
