What’s Happening This Weekend: October 18 – 20

Here are some of the happenings for THIS WEEKEND in the are . . .

Adult Artists Retreat – Happening TOMORROW (10/18) from 9 AM – 3 PM in Henderson, KY, you can hit up the John James Audubon State Park Museum for their upcoming Adult Artist Retreat. Artist skills ranging from beginner to advanced are welcome to the event. Bring your own artwork and supplies and they’re get you setup with a workspace. Cost is $15 and you must reserve your spot ahead of time. Get more info HERE. 

Oak Ridge Boys – You can hit up Bowling Green, KY and see the Oak Ridge Boys perform LIVE! Their “Shine The Light 2019” tour goes to SKyPACS on Friday (10/18). The show starts at 8 PM with tickets ranging from $34.50 – $78. More info can be found HERE. 

Halloween Campout – Hit up Mammoth Cave, KY this weekend for their Halloween Campout, happening at Nolin Lake State Park, for a spooky weekend. They’ll have costume contests for all ages, a campsite decorating contest, trick-or-treating and so much more. Learn more HERE. 

Pennyrile Forrest: Photography Weekend – Going on all weekend, you can hit up the Pennyrile Forrest State Resort Park in Dawson Springs, KY for their digital photography contest! It’s BYOC (bring your own camera), and get your photos on! You must register first, and day of registration costs $35, but if you register early you can save $5. A “Stranger Things” Beercade – Headquarters Beercade is an adults-only arcade with classic pinball and arcade games located in downtown Nashville, and for the month of October they are taking on a “Stranger Things” theme, totally transporting you to Hawkins, IN, circa 1980s. Zombie Hunter Paintball – Go get your Zombie hunting on and live that “Zombieland” life. It’s going on now through November 2, with different pricing options available.

Trigg Terror – You can get your Halloween haunt on with Trigg Terror, open every Friday & Saturday in October, 7 PM – Midnight in Cadiz. Admission is $20 (Cash Only) . . . and Halloween Weekend, they’re open Thurs-Sat 7 PM – Midnight. Get more info on their Facebook Page.
