I agree, I try to avoid this before noon. I get up at 4 am and if I start with a lot of sugar I can’t make it the rest of the day eating within my allotted calories per day. So I avoid doughnuts and pastries. According to experts it spikes your insulin and makes you as a result hungrier! In fact, I stopped eating frozen meals because of the added sugar because I was eating all my calories before I got off air!
