According to USDish, Kentucky kids like Coraline while Tennessee kids enjoy Ghostbusters (I am assuming the original).

Coraline isn’t just popular in Kentucky, it is a favorite movie in 10 other states as well.  As far as Ghostbusters, 9 states including Tennessee have it as their favorite. Other popular Halloween movies were Beetlejuice, Addams Family, and Scooby Doo.

USDish came up with these stats by seeing which movie was googled the most in each state.  They also used Google Trends to help with this study.
