There’s a tweet that’s gone viral from Business Insider’s food website, Food Insider, and it’s basically saying we’ve all been eating burgers upside down.
Their theory is that because the “top” bun is thicker, it does a better job of absorbing juices and condiments, causing less dripping, where the “bottom” bun more easily gets soggy.
Ummm . . . pretty sure that means restaurants have also been serving us the wrong way, too.
