We Hit Those Milestones

So we all have them.  You know, milestones.  No matter if it’s our first car we have that bit of sadness when we move on and sale it, or our first place after we move out from mommy and daddy.  You know, those moments that seem to somehow mark a time in our lives.  Well I had a mini one this past week.  You see we bought this truck about a year ago and it had around 160,000 miles on it.  I’m one who doesn’t look at the miles as much as how it’s been taken care of so over 150,000 didn’t bother me at all.  Actually this truck has/had the fewest miles on it than any vehicle we have.  Our Prius has 320,000 miles, the Miata as 185,000 and the 79 Chevy truck has roughly 180,000 miles.  So the new to us truck felt like the baby.  Well we were at the Sonic the other day and I looked down and there it was, 179,999.  I don’t know why but I hesitated and for a split second thought, I don’t want to move the truck.  For whatever reason, after it hit 180,000 it seemed like it “graduated” and is now longer the new truck.  Oh well, we left Sonic and drove home with tater tots and an older more mature truck. lol

Lawyers for Lively and Baldoni battle in a New York court despite settling claims weeks ago

They said she's entitled to the money under a California law because Justin Baldoni's countersuit, which claimed she had defamed and extorted him, was thrown out last year by a judge.
