Was It For Her Or Me?

We went and bought this sand box for Moriah the other day.  It looks like a giant green turtle out in the yard.  I don’t care about that but the thing that I was amazed at was the fact that I think I played in this thing as much as she did.  Granted she asked me to play with her in it and of course I did.  But I was enjoying myself as much as she was enjoying it.  That sort of shocked me.  I mean I’m pushing 50 and here I was building sand castles, digging for some of the sea shells we dumped in from our Panama City Beach trip, I mean I was having a blast.  Not just because I was playing with my baby girl, but if she weren’t in the sand box, I would still have enjoyed just having my feet in the sand and playing around some.  What does that say about the grown 50 year old man?  I’m a kid at heart?  Maybe, but at this point, after having this sand box like 3 days, I’m not sure who’s liking it more, her or me.
