Wanna Try Intermittent Fasting with Me?

So I read up on intermittent fasting and am going to try it this week.  I talked to a co worker who does it and he said to ease myself in with 10 hours eating and 14 hours fasting.  Normally you’d eat 8 hours and fast 16 hours off.  Some experts say it can help your metabolism.

My goal is to shake up my system so I can lose more. I’ve lost 5 pounds in the last three weeks which is really  healthy but would have been happier with 6.   Plus I want to see if it helps control me snacking on things I shouldn’t as I’m a late night offender. So I’m drinking coffee with cinnamon and water until I can start eating at 7:30 am then I will stop eating at 5:30 daily.
