Update: Clarksville ‘Panhandler’ Explains His Side Of The Story in Viral Incident

I see this man panhandling on the streets of Clarksville and my heart goes out to him and his dogs whenever I see him. But after coming across this post, I was kinda glad that I haven’t pulled over and given him money.

Now there is an update to the story as our friends Tiffany and Tyler talked to the man, his name is Kevin. You can hear his side of the story here. I understand where he was coming from, it can’t be easy to be in his situation and there are two sides to every story and you can’t believe everything you read on Facebook, obviously.
