If you’ve ever worried about yourself after reaching for that 5th cup of coffee for the day, fear not . . . according to researchers out of Queen Mary University in London, we can safely handle up to 25 cups of coffee without hindering out health.
The study found the average person could drink up to 25 cups of coffee a day without added risk of stroke, heart attack, or even hardening arteries.
They’re not saying that much coffee is good for us . . . but they are saying it’s not bad for us.
