A man in Detroit was threatening to jump off a highway overpass when police had an idea.

The Michigan State Police jumped on the horn to a bunch of truckers and had them all park under the overpass, so that if the guy did jump before they could get him down safely, it would only be about a 10 foot drop.

Fortunately, officers were able to talk the man down, and no one was hurt.
