A new survey found the most common ways we mess up our summer, and most of them are ACCURATE!
Top Ten Summer Fails:
- Watching too much TV and missing out on all the outdoor fun (but, Jai strongly disagrees with this one, though).
- Not wearing a hat in the sun.
- Not getting enough sleep.
- Forgetting to reapply sunscreen (or not putting it on in the first place).
- Sitting all day instead of getting out and being active.
- Not putting on eye cream.
- Staring at our phones all day.
- Being TOO active outside.
- Wearing tight, dark colored clothes.
- Drinking too much alcohol in the sun.
