The Top Ten Summer Fails

Ever notice how during the winter most of us can’t wait for summer, but then when it rolls around we forget how to handle it . . .

A new survey found the most common ways we mess up our summer, and most of them are ACCURATE!

Top Ten Summer Fails:

  • Watching too much TV and missing out on all the outdoor fun (but, Jai strongly disagrees with this one, though).
  • Not wearing a hat in the sun.
  • Not getting enough sleep.
  • Forgetting to reapply sunscreen (or not putting it on in the first place).
  • Sitting all day instead of getting out and being active.
  • Not putting on eye cream.
  • Staring at our phones all day.
  • Being TOO active outside.
  • Wearing tight, dark colored clothes.
  • Drinking too much alcohol in the sun.
