I read recently that over a third of us eat peanut better straight from the jar. I don’t think that’s bad unless you double dip with your utensil, which for me is a table knife. But, what my wife did break me from is chugging milk straight from the jug. Before I got married that’s what I did. I would get home from work, or just got through working outside and I would open the fridge and get a big ole chug of milk. I mean after all, it was just me and that meant one less glass that got dirty. Now, I did have some friends over from time to time, but I don’t recall any of them ever asking for a glass of milk. So to me, I didn’t see it as a big deal, boy was I wrong, I discovered really quickly that drinking milk “my style” was waaaay wrong and I needed to stop. i do believe she would’ve put up with the TP rolling off from the bottom better. So in my 20+ years of marriage now a few things I have learned, Always put the seat down, never leave your socks on the stove (I’m still not sure what caught my attention and I just put them there) and never, I mean NEVER drink milk straight from the jug. Happy wife, happy life.
