Smoke ‘Em If You Got ‘Em

It seems like every year you have a “new” this or “new” that and it normally turns out you should’ve just did it the way you knew how to the first time.  We’ve all been there.  Now, insert Thanksgiving, for years most men who fix the turkey on Thanksgiving does the deep fried route.  I mean what’s not to love when it comes to tapping into typical guy stuff?  You have to be outside so that’s cool, braving the elements for your family, you have the element of danger and you have meat.  What else could you want?  Well, how about smoking?  The deep fried turkey it looks like at least for 2021 is getting replaced by smoking it.  That’s right, who know if deep frying will get back on top for this Christmas or at least next year, but for now, Thanksgiving 2021, smoke it if you have it.  There are only and hand full of states in the whole USA where smoking is not the top googled way to fix the bird.  If you want to see where your state ranks, Just click here.

Have a blessed and safe Thanksgiving!
