1/2 cup light Mayo
1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt
2 cups red grapes halved
1 can pineapple tidbits drained
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/2 tsp onion powder
pinch of ginger
1 cup celery diced
1 cup apple diced
2 12.5 cans premium chunk canned chicken breast drained
3 green onions diced
I think the thyme really makes this so I add a bit more.
so good and on weight watchers it’s 1 point on blue for 1 cup!
