She Can’t Wait

My baby girl yesterday wanted to look at pics on my phone.  While we do try to limit her screen time I guess I’m a softy when it comes to pics.  Mainly the reason I think is because i remember going through granny’s old shoe box full of pics when I was about her age and we don’t have shoe boxes full of pics anymore we have them on our phones.  So we were going through and she stopped on all these snow pics.  We are inside on the couch and I’m looking outside with the sun and it’s like 90 degrees and here Moriah is looking at all these snow pics.  She asked about snow and while I didn’t share my total hatred for the stuff I did say it will be a while before we get snow again.  That really disappointed her.  To the point I almost wished I could have made it snow just for her.  Anyway, now we have one three year old going around the house pretending it’s snowing and we are lying down in the floor making pretend snow angels and we are pretending to ice skate all around the kitchen.  If this is what it takes to make my little girl happy and we can do this without ever having snow again, I can live with this.
