Risky Behavior

Well, do you have anything left?  I mean after the weekend, if you are still trying to find different combinations to your leftovers as to not throw so much away, well today is the last day according to the U.S.D.A.  After today, give it up and throw the rest away, or freeze it.  I have to tell ya though, we didn’t have much left at the house.  The turkey went pretty fast, as did the sweet potato whatever it was my wife made.  I’m not sure, besides brandy, what else went into it, but oh my was it ever good.  The one thing we still have some of though are green beans.  They did not go to quick this year.  I didn’t have to worry about finding many different combinations for the leftovers, after the third helping Thanksgiving, and then some of my wifes pumpkin pie, there wasn’t much left…besides a nap. lol

Anyway, if you still are wondering about leftovers and what may keep a little longer in the fridge without freezing, click here.
