Rage Yoga Let’s You Drink and Curse While Getting Your Zen On

The ancient yogis of years past would flip if they were around to see this . . .

There’s a new, but unofficial, type of yoga trend called RAGE YOGA. It’s yoga, with the addition of yelling, cursing, and drinking beer while you stretch, breathe and hold poses.

The tagline on their website states it’ll get you, “zen [alpha foxtrot].”

A Rage Yoga instructor states that even though it feels like quite the opposite of traditional yoga, the endgame is still the same, as it helps you “let go of your frustration and rage in a healthy way.”

Actual classes can be found in Houston, Texas or Alberta, Canada . . . your you can do online classes at RageYoga.com.
