RaeLynn’s Song “Camo” For Army Spouses

When RaeLynn got married her groom was a financial advisor, but last year he enlisted in the Army.

The “Queens Don’t” singer posted a video to her Twitter about being a military spouse, including the highs and lows.

You might be able to assume some of the cons, like, “The most challenging thing about being an Army wife is for sure the not getting to see each other part, because there’s so many things that happen in life that your spouse should be there for,” but this is the stuff worth hearing.

One of the pros RaeLynn mentions, “The thing I love most about being an Army wife is I get to be a part of an incredible community with other women that are going through the same exact thing that I’m going through.”

So, when a fellow army wife asked RaeLynn to write a song for military spouses, the former The Voice contestant was more than happy to oblige.

She even posted the song, called “Camo,” to her Twitter.

Dedicating the song to military spouses, RaeLynn states, “Thank you to every person in this country that has a loved one that serves, your service of encouragement is just as important.”
